NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ATKINSON ROAD SANITARY SEWER SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of the Township of Superior, Chippewa County, Michigan, intends to make public improvements (the “Public Improvements”) which shall consist of the following:

Improvements consisting to acquire, construct, and install improvements for a sanitary sewer project located in the area of Atkinson Road consisting of an 8” gravity sewer, a pumping station, a force main, and related improvements.

The Township Board has resolved its intention to proceed to make Public Improvements in the City. The Township Board has tentatively determined that some or all the cost of the Public Improvements shall be specially assessed against each of the following described lots and parcels of land, which together comprise the proposed Atkinson Road sanitary Sewer Special Assessment District.:
