Click on connect below twice. It will ask you to okay the certificate, select yes, It will then ask you for a username and password. Navigate to Superior Business folder on remote computer (On the right side of the screen), then find the folder with your name on it and select it. Navigate to the folder on your computer (On the left side of the screen), once you find the file you wish to upload hit the green arrow in the center, and away you go!!!
